WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will drive the tactical execution of cross-functional projects, with a particular focus on go-to-market and revenue initiatives. Main responsibilities: Manage Strategic GTM Programs: take end-to-end ownership of high-visibility initiatives, core tracking milestones, and strategic programs across the go-to-market organization Solve Problems Consultatively: act as a trusted partner to revenue leadership by dissecting complex operational issues and presenting clear, actionable solutions Align Cross-Functional Teams: establish clear, structured workflows to keep busy stakeholders and business leadership aligned to critical deadlines Deliver Data-Driven Insights: maintain accurate process documentation and share analytical insights with leadership to guide strategic decision-making Implement AI and Automation: identify manual bottlenecks and deploy generative AI tools to streamline workflows and increase overall program velocity WHO YOU ARE 5-7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or GTM Program Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment Strong Executive Presence: you are highly collaborative but completely comfortable putting yourself out there to engage with senior leadership, raise concerns, and drive alignment High Autonomy & Strategic Ownership: you have a proven track record of acting with a high degree of independence, meaning you are completely comfortable shaping a path forward and defining strategy with limited oversight Native to Project Management tools like Jira and/or Asana to build out dependencies and track massive timelines #LI-Hybrid WHAT WE OFFER Braze benefits vary by location, and we encourage you to review our specific benefits offerings for each country here .
