About the Role Ontra is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager reporting to our Director, Product Marketing. For this job, we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States. We’re looking for someone excited to own go-to-market strategy and influence product direction for our flagship Contract Automation offering, as well as support adjacent products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy and execution, sitting at the center of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement. You will serve as the market expert and internal voice of your product areas, translating complex legal tech and AI-driven workflows into crisp, compelling narratives that resonate with General Counsel, Legal Ops professionals, Private Equity deal teams, and Ontra’s Legal network. What You’ll Do - Product & Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the private equity ecosystem, contract automation and adjacent Ontra offerings, competitive landscape, and customer pain points. Synthesize market intelligence into a compelling point of view and work with product teams on creative ideas to influence product roadmap priorities and positioning decisions. - Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead GTM planning and execution for Contract Automation Services and adjacent offerings - from positioning and messaging to launch coordination, sales enablement, and adoption programs. - Messaging & Positioning: Craft differentiated, persona-driven messaging for GCs, Legal Ops teams, deal teams, and Ontra’s legal network. Translate technical product capabilities into business value that resonate with buyers across the private equity ecosystem. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to bring new capabilities to market, drive pipeline, and support cross-sell and upsell motions across our solution portfolio. - Revenue Programs: Identify and drive creative, insight-led programs that accelerate revenue growth and adoption across your product lines - including competitive positioning, win/loss analysis, and buyer journey optimization. - Pricing & Packaging: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine pricing models and packaging structures that reflect customer value, support deal velocity, and unlock expansion revenue.
