YOUR MISSION As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UiPath, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers who have responded to our marketing activities. You will be the first point of contact for these prospects, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales engagements WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities. - Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions. - Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities). - Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process. - Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system. - Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification. - Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts. - Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing. - Work with our values at the heart of everything you do; humble, bold, immersed and fast. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 2-4 years in a sales or business development role preferably in a technology or software company, is highly desirable - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify leads effectively. - Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools. - Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
