Position Overview PolyPeptide is on a transformative growth journey—expanding globally, investing in new technologies, and strengthening governance, risk, and compliance across the organization. In this role, you will support and further develop Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) procedures within the ITIL framework, with a specific focus on effective IT asset and license management. You will ensure that Global IS/IT assets are managed efficiently and in compliance with ISO27001, NIS2, and applicable GMP requirements. Balancing operational execution with a forward‑looking, improvement‑driven mindset, you will help the organization modernize asset management practices while maintaining audit and inspection readiness. You will work closely with Site IT teams, Service Desk, Enterprise Architecture, and compliance stakeholders across geographies. Key Responsibilities · Develop, maintain, and govern the global IT asset register covering all software licenses managed by Global IS/IT. · Design, implement, and continuously improve the licensing component of the IT Asset Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices. · Develop and maintain the licensing data model and related workflows within the Asset Database using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SD+). · Enable and support the Service Desk in managing license requests and allocations through SD+, based on defined procedures and work instructions. · Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture stakeholders to ensure consistency and synchronization between SD+ and enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, Signavio). · Participate in ISO27001:2022 certification activities related to asset and license management, including control operation, monitoring, reviews, and documentation. · Provide training, guidance, and operational support to Site IT and other relevant stakeholders within the scope of asset and license management. · Provide backup support to the IS/IT Validation and Compliance Specialist during peak workload periods, planned leave, or unplanned absences. Required Skills & Qualifications · Strong understanding of IT asset and license management practices within regulated environments. · Practical knowledge of ITIL‑based asset and service management processes. · Familiarity with ISO27001 controls related to asset management and information security. · Working knowledge of GAMP 5, NIS2, and compliance expectations in GMP‑regulated organizations. · Experience working with ITSM and asset management tools (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar). · Ability to define, document, and improve processes, policies, and work instructions. · Strong analytical and documentation skills with att
