The SVP - Medical Communications Strategy Lead is the senior expert for medical communications strategy (specifically promotional medical education), embedded within the strategy team and operating as a critical connector across strategy and growth. This role serves as the agency’s strategic lead and steward for promotional medical communications. The Med-Comms Strategy Lead partners closely with Medical Strategy, Account, and Foundational Strategy (Brand and Engagement, as appropriate) teams to shape integrated solutions for clients. Externally, this individual is a trusted, peer-level advisor to senior client stakeholders. Internally, this role sets the standard for how medical communications shows up across the agency. This is both a hands-on and leadership role, and a business development role—responsible for advancing client work, expanding the discipline organically, and actively prospecting and contributing to new business opportunities.
