Position Summary Roivant is seeking an Associate to support the incubation of new healthcare technology Vants. This role offers exposure to the full company creation process, from early-stage ideation to execution. We prioritize rapid career advancement for high performers and take a flexible approach to role design, adjusting responsibilities based on individual strengths. Responsibilities Support early-stage ideation by identifying and evaluating potential opportunities based on key success factors, such as time to market, Roivant’s strategic advantages, validation pathway, and market potential Develop and execute structured workplans to assess incubation opportunities, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses of markets, competitors, product landscapes, and technology Assist in the initial stages of company building, contributing to product development, business development, operations, and fundraising Support leadership recruitment efforts by defining role profiles and sourcing candidates for new Vants Collaborate with incubated ventures, working directly with leadership teams during key business inflection points, such as fundraising or strategic pivots Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements Candidates should have at least two years of relevant full time work experience Exceptional academic background Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to operate in a fast-paced environment Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute at a high velocity Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and stakeholders Experience in venture building or product development, whether at a startup, within a larger organization, or in an incubation setting, ideally i
