As our Temporary Senior Content Marketing Manager (6 months contract), you'll be responsible for: Researching, ideating, and creating content for demand generation campaigns in EMEA, and other creative content across all Beyond segments including self-service (B2C) and contracted (B2B) customers Implementing and measuring a content strategy based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, product functionality, and competitive forces - this includes the development of themes/topics, content creation, curation, and distribution to help drive thought-leadership, customer acquisition, and success Partnering with the Digital Marketing team, Events, Product, Operations and Go To Market teams to plan and orchestrate content strategy across multi-channel programs and getting it in front of the right audiences, at the right time Developing a strong relationship with Sales and putting in place the right cooperation processes for ideation, execution and measurement of campaigns Driving and managing all design processes related to collateral you create, and localisation of all materials Conducting analysis on what works and what doesn’t work including identifying gaps in the marketing funnel and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization with content (e.g., awareness, consideration, etc.) Effectively and consistently communicating campaign plans, programs, and results with stakeholders at all levels across the organization Identifying, initiating, and tracking progress on critical non-campaign initiatives that will benefit campaign outcomes So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? The person who will be successful in this role will: Be an exceptional storyteller and demand generation content producer Have proven ability to set a content strategy, influence buy-in from multiple stakeholders, and activate for flawless execution against a plan Be motivated to understand the challenges and ambitions of our customers, our product offering, and evolving market trends Be able to perform under pressure. You can prioritize and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate: 5+ years of content marketing experience at a B2B technology and/or hospitality company A proven track record of measuring content effectiveness throughout the funnel A proven track record of creating and delivering content strategies and campaigns in the European region across a variety of languages Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and various content and SEO analysis tools Strong project management and communications skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and drive alignment and execution across groups Excellent persuasive written and verbal communications skills, including interpersonal and
