Customer Success Manager (CSM) π Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid) π Reporting to: VP Operations & CS Who are we ? What Weβre Looking For : We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in treasury, proven experience working with global customers, and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Nilus while building long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities : Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of global customers Drive product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction Act as a trusted advisor on treasury and financial workflows, helping customers optimize processes and leverage Nilusβs AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency and decision-making. Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within existing accounts Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Ops teams to improve customer experience Requirements : Strong background in treasury ( must-have ) Experience working with multiple international customers across multiple regions ( must-have ) Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI copilots, automation tools) and curiosity about integrating AI into daily workflows ( must-have ) Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles Excellent communication skills in English High level of business acumen and ability to engage with finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Managers, etc.) Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Nice to Have : Experience working in a SaaS company, preferably in fintech or finance tools Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, or financial data platforms Experience working with startups or high-growth environments
