Context of the Role Thunes is hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations & Enablement Intern to support the GTM Ops & Enablement team within the GTM function. This is a primarily enablement-focused role - the biggest lift will be creating and managing assets across multiple systems, owning the Learning Management System (LMS), and serving as the day-to-day point of contact for training and onboarding rhythms. You will report to the VP GTM Operations & Enablement, working in a fast-paced, international environment alongside Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, detail-oriented, AI-savvy, and confident working independently while managing multiple workstreams at once. Key responsibilities: Sales Enablement: Content creation: Build and maintain a range of enablement assets - battlecards, playbooks, onboarding materials, training decks - across multiple systems and formats. Learning Management System (LMS): Act as the primary owner and point of contact for Sana AI Learn (Workday); manage content uploads, tagging, descriptions, and learning path maintenance to keep all materials accurate and up to date. AI enablement videos: Use Colossyan Creator to produce and standardise training videos, ensuring all stakeholder-created content aligns with established formats and brand guidelines. Onboarding rhythm: Serve as a key point of contact for commercial onboarding; coordinate schedules, manage the Commercial Onboarding Hub, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for new joiners. Slack-based enablement: Facilitate timely enablement updates through dedicated Slack channels and keep communication organised and actionable for commercial teams. Agenda & programme management: Manage and coordinate agendas for enablement sessions, training programmes, and team meetings across the commercial organisation. Commercial strategy & GTM support: Market & competitor intelligence: Conduct ongoing research into competitor product offerings, pricing strategies, business models, and GTM initiatives to surface insights that shape our sales strategy. Competitor database management: Help maintain and enrich the internal competitor database to ensure it remains a reliable resource for commercial teams. Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) & account-based selling: Support the refinement of Thunes ICPs and assist in identifying target accounts and key buyers for the commercial team to prioritise. Professional Qualifications/Experience: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme (MBA a plus) Previous professional experience in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to create clear, polished materials independently Comfortable with productivity and content tools; experience building PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks AI-savvy: Familiar with and enthusiastic about using AI tools to work more efficiently Relevant industry experience in payments or technology and exposure to a B2B sales environment will be advantageous Tools & Technology You will work hands-on with the following stack: Colossyan Creator - AI video creation for enablement content Sana AI Learn - Learning Management System (LMS) Slack - Enablement communications and channel management LinkedIn Learning - Supplementary learning path management Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel - Content and reporting About Thunes Thunes is a global, fast-growing, and innovative Fintech scale-up that uses technology to disrupt and transform the existing financial system.
