The team works UK and CET hours, with some requirement for later calls with US teams on complex opportunities. We are looking for a results-focused, motivated Account Director to build and own TRM's Public Sector business across Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and surrounding markets). This person will build a pipeline of government, law enforcement, and national security accounts, owning all revenue and quota responsibilities for the region. The Impact You Will Have: - Build from scratch a National Security, Law Enforcement, and Defense-focused business for TRM across Eastern Europe - Work with key security, defense, and law enforcement stakeholders to make TRM the number-one choice for blockchain investigations in the region - Build and manage scalable systems to maintain TRM speed with strategic Eastern European security customers - Use deep knowledge of TRM products, customer needs, and the Eastern European security landscape to create value-led solutions - Effectively build and leverage strong relationships with Law Enforcement, National Security, and Defense stakeholders throughout the buying and partnership lifecycle - Consistently build pipeline and execute each stage of the sales process to achieve quarterly revenue goals - Own all revenue and quota responsibilities for TRM's largest Law Enforcement, National Security, and Defense customers across Eastern Europe What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within National Security and Defense - 5+ years working directly in or selling into the National Security & Defense community; understands mission, workflows, procurement, and urgency - Ability to build a National Security, Law Enforcement, and Defense-facing business across Eastern Europe from scratch - Comfortable executing at TRM speed, coordinating virtually, and working independently across a distributed region - Able to build trust and credibility with senior government, intelligence, and defense officials - Strong evidence-based and data-informed judgment - Proficient in sales tooling and G-Suite; quickly learns TRM's blockchain investigation, AML, and analytics products LIFE AT TRM We are building a safer world.
