Responsibilities To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth Manage and supervise the work of drivers Plan driver delivery areas and routes Dealing with problematic packages Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work Schedule: Night shift, 4 days a week, 8PM – 6AM Qualifications Fluent in English/Mandarin Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent time management skills Proficient in general computer applications Demonstrate collaborative teamwork spirit Legally eligible to work in Canada Have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license Willing to work variable shifts/overtime Benefits Dental, Vision, RRSP, Medical insurance, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Management training program Salary $ 40000-$45000 CAD
