Client Success is the front line of VTS’s retention engine. As a CSR, you’re not only engaging with clients who use VTS to transform how commercial real estate operates, you’ll be helping shape our future. With the support of powerful data-driven workflows and AI tools, you’ll generate meaningful client interactions at scale, test new engagement strategies and provide critical insights back to the Client Success and Product teams.
