Role Overview As a Regional Director , you will be the driving force behind Zscaler’s growth within the Public Sector . You will lead a high-performing sales team to navigate complex government landscapes, championing security transformation and expanding our footprint across Singapore. What You’ll Do (Role Expectations) Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute a regional sales strategy for the Public Sector. You will establish a structured sales methodology and design the Go-To-Market strategy in close collaboration with the ecosystems team. Team Development: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of four Public Sector Account Executives. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture that ensures quarterly quota achievement and maps out key account strategies for over-achievement. C-Suite Engagement: Build and nurture trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives, acting as a strategic advisor on their security transformation journeys and ensuring long-term customer success. Operational Excellence: Manage territory planning, resource allocation, and sales forecasting to ensure consistent, scalable growth within the region.
