We are looking for a Senior Specialist Sales Engineer to join our Zero Trust Cloud team. This is a remote role based in the West or Central region of the US, reporting to the Specialist Solution Director. The Senior Specialist Sales Engineer serves as the primary technical lead and strategic advisor, guiding customers across the West and Central regions in the Commercial segment to secure workloads and traffic across diverse hybrid and multi-cloud environments by leveraging Zscaler’s Zero Trust Architecture to achieve key business outcomes. The role will also collaborate with field teams (SEs, AEs, and Transformation Architects) at the highest levels, driving internal and customer-facing enablement for Zero Trust Cloud use cases to accelerate Zscaler’s regional GTM strategy. Furthermore, The Specialist Solution Architect will act as a critical link between the field and Product Management, providing real-world insights and customer feedback to influence the Product Roadmap and ensure Zscaler’s innovations continue to solve the most complex Cloud Security challenges.
