Role We are looking for a Director, FP&A to join our team in in Singapore, reporting to the VP, GTM FP&A as part of the FP&A department. We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and highly strategic Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance for the APJ (Asia Pacific Japan) region. Based in Singapore, you will serve as the premier FP&A leader for the region, acting as the primary strategic and financial partner to our APJ Sales Leader. You will own the financial trajectory of our APJ GTM motion, driving rigorous forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning while serving as the vital connective tissue that seamlessly integrates APJ operations with our global central finance team. As a modern finance organization, we are looking for someone who is distinctly AI-forward, passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and machine learning to automate manual workflows, enhance forecasting accuracy, and surface unprecedented business insights. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Serve as the primary finance business partner to the SVP, APJ Sales and the APJ GTM leadership team, acting in a regional commercial CFO capacity Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to bring awareness of business results, highlighting focus areas to drive business growth Lead the annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting process for APJ including top line and expenses/HC, leveraging artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and machine learning Drive the process to develop a long-range plan and associated financial model for the APJ region to deliver $1B ARR Work with Sales Ops and Sales Comp to understand operational elements critical for success of the region, including comp strategy, quota/territory planning, and pipeline analytics Who You Are (Success Profile) You are a problem-solver.
