Role We are looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. This is a hybrid role based in West Japan, reporting to the Regional Vice President. As a Regional Director, you will be the driving force behind Zscaler’s growth within West Japan. You will lead a high-performing sales team to navigate complex Enterprise landscapes, championing security transformation and expanding our footprint across Western Japan. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Recruit, hire, and develop world-class sales talent while building individual development plans and coaching the team to overachieve on targets Identify and solve complex customer pain points by leveraging Zscaler's unique value proposition Operate as the GM of your business, creating strategic plans for success and accurately forecasting business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Act as an executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline, and drive strategic opportunities to closure Foster a high-accountability culture that actively embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
