THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of the Everpure Data Management portfolio, driving the mission to transform complex data visibility into actionable governance and security outcomes. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for key product areas, bridging the gap between deep technical infrastructure and high-impact customer experiences. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams, you will ensure our architecture and deployment models meet the rigorous demands of enterprise-scale AI initiatives and hybrid cloud environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO Drive Product Lifecycle Success: Own the end-to-end delivery of data management features, from initial discovery and requirement definition to post-launch iteration, ensuring every release moves the needle on customer adoption and platform value. Architect Enterprise Readiness: Partner with Engineering to define critical platform behaviors, including SaaS multi-tenancy, high-availability (HA) models, and security posture, ensuring our solutions are inherently "enterprise-ready" for Fortune 500 deployments. Execute Customer-Centric Innovation: Lead global customer discovery sessions and design partner programs to translate complex user challenges into prioritized roadmaps that solve real-world data fragmentation issues. Enable Global Go-to-Market: Orchestrate cross-functional launches with Sales Engineering and Support, creating the technical depth and enablement materials required to successfully land new features within highly regulated industries. Influence Strategic Vision: Present technical progress and product health metrics to executive leadership, shaping how Everpure communicates its platform capabilities to the broader market. WHAT YOU BRING Technical Product Leadership: Proven expertise in shipping complex software products within the data domain, specifically focusing on data security, governance, lineage, or AI/ML infrastructure. Domain Knowledge: mastery of data structures and knowledge graphs and related fields such as data security, data governance, data cataloguing or lineage, classification, data engineering, data science, or AI/genAI applied to data. Technical Acumen: Ability to serve as a credible partner to engineering, navigating architectural trade-offs and infrastructure decisions while seamlessly translating those technical complexities into value-driven conversations for customers and stakeholders. Infrastructure Fluency: Deep understanding of modern infrastructure concerns, including diverse deployment models (beyond SaaS); cloud-native integrations, and the technical trade-offs required to build scalable, multi-tenant architectures. Strategic Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both engineering teams during architectural reviews and C-suite stakeholders during executive readouts.
