We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise for the Observe by Snowflake team. As the PM for the Enterprise team, you will own the product surface that matters most to our largest and most demanding customers. This means driving the features, integrations, and platform capabilities that make Observe not just competitive in enterprise deals, but the clear choice, from initial evaluation through deep, organization-wide adoption. You will be the connective tissue between enterprise customers, GTM, engineering, and Snowflake platform teams, translating complex enterprise requirements into a clear, prioritized product strategy. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Own the enterprise product roadmap: define strategy and priorities across enterprise onboarding, adoption, migration from legacy observability platforms and cost-efficiency, delivering measurable outcomes at each stage of the customer lifecycle - Lead deep enterprise discovery: run ongoing structured research with Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprise accounts to surface unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and translate observability pain points into crisp, actionable requirements - Drive enterprise platform capabilities: own the roadmap for features that unlock and accelerate enterprise adoption, including RBAC, SSO/SAML, audit logging, data retention controls, compliance-ready configurations, cost control, metering and billing. - Shape enterprise integrations: partner with Snowflake platform teams to identify and ship integration opportunities that create differentiated value for enterprise buyers, including Cortex AI, Snowflake Intelligence, and Iceberg-native workflows - Partner with GTM and Sales Engineering: work directly with enterprise AEs, SEs, and CSMs to support late-stage deals, understand competitive blockers, and close product gaps that are influencing win/loss outcomes - Lead 0-to-1 and 1-to-N enterprise initiatives: identify patterns emerging from enterprise accounts and build them into scalable, GA-ready product offerings that expand Observe's footprint in existing accounts and accelerate new logo conversion - Represent product in high-stakes situations: communicate roadmap, strategy, and tradeoffs with authority in executive briefings, QBRs, customer advisory boards, and internal leadership reviews through crisp PRDs, specs, and strategy presentations QUALIFICATIONS: - 6+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years on inf
