To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Requirements: - Experience: 10–15+ years of enterprise field sales experience in cloud, data, AI, or related technology with proven success managing large, strategic global accounts. - Account Leadership: Demonstrated ability to grow complex accounts from initial footholds to multi-tens of millions in revenue, with expertise in developing multi-year strategic account plans. - Deal Experience: Track record of closing seven-figure, multi-year enterprise agreements and structuring large, transformational partnerships. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the telecommunications industry, including network operations, customer experience, AI, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and data modernization initiatives, is strongly preferred. - Executive Engagement: Skilled at building executive-level relationships and influencing C-level stakeholders by connecting Snowflake solutions to their business imperatives. - Collaboration: Effective at leading cross-functional, global account teams and coordinating with partner ecosystems to maximize value for the customer. - Skills: Strong consultative and value-based selling expertise, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Tools: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, AI fluency and ability to manage large pipelines and distributed teams. - Travel: Willingness to travel
