We are a certified B Corp, headquartered in Seattle, WA The Job The Senior Director of Corporate Development will be the company’s dedicated M&A execution leader and financial services strategist. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) with a strategic dotted-line reporting relationship into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This leader will serve as a strategic bridge between renewable energy assets and the financial markets; and this role is also responsible for translating the corporate strategy into successful, value-accretive transactions. The Senior Director holds primary responsibility for transaction discipline, financial diligence, negotiation support, and post-merger integration (PMI) oversight, while proactively cultivating relationships with institutional investors to enhance asset bankability and market footprint.
