Live Sales Manager

Dolls Kill is seeking an elevated, results-driven Live Sales Manager to oversee and grow our Live Sales business across digital platforms including TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, and emerging social commerce channels. This role is more than hosting live streams — we are seeking a strong retail operator and people leader who can manage the day-to-day business operations of the Live Sales department while driving sales performance, customer engagement, and brand growth. The ideal candidate has experience leading retail teams, managing business operations, driving KPI performance, and creating high-energy customer experiences both online and in-store.
