ABOUT LEMON.MARKETS π We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses, providing seamless access to capital markets. By empowering FinTechs, Banks and Wealth Managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their customers. lemon.markets provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform for simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework, enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months. We have experienced first-hand that brokerage infrastructure is broken. Building an investment product used to be highly expensive, challenging and cumbersome. We ease this pain by shielding our partners and their customers from the underlying complexity - and with that, we make investing seamlessly accessible to everyone. Because thatβs exactly what we enjoy, going to places nobody else dares and solving hard problems. This not only creates tons of value when done right, but attracts the smartest minds - because outlier companies are built by exceptional people like you. YOUR MISSION: As a Workplace IT Engineer, you will have broad responsibility for ensuring employees at lemon.markets are set up and enabled for productivity and success. Your scope will range from onboarding and hardware lifecycle management to access management, internal support and workplace operations, helping create a smooth employee experience in a highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in making sure our teams have the right tools, access and hardware to do great work from day one. Moreover, you will help define and operationalize our Workplace IT function by improving processes, documentation and service quality as we continue to scale. YOU WILL: - Own employee onboarding and offboarding together with People and hiring managers by provisioning devices, accounts and role-based access on time, so new joiners can be productive from day one and leavers are deprovisioned securely and reliably. - Manage the full hardware lifecycle with employees, vendors and internal stakeholders, including ordering, enrollment, repairs, returns and inventory tracking, so lemon.markets maintains a reliable, compliant and audit-ready device estate. - Operate and improve core workplace systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian and device management tooling in collaboration with Engineering and business teams, so employees have secure, consistent access to the tools they need every day. - Support employees across the company by troubleshooting day-to-day workplace IT issues and coordinating practical solutions with relevant partners and teams, so blockers are resolved quickly and people can stay focused on their work. - Improve workplace IT processes with People, Compliance and Technology Foundations by documenting procedures, refining service desk workflows and simplifying repetitive tasks, so operations scale with less manual effort and better service quality. - Collaborate with Compliance, ICT Risk and Technology Foundations to execute access management, device compliance, and workplace controls, so lemon.markets meets its regulatory obligations while maintaining a secure employee environment. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF: - You will be successful if: - You have first hands-on experience in Workplace IT, Internal IT, IT Operations or a similar role, and you are excited to keep building your skills in a hands-on environment. - You have hands-on experience with Apple/macOS device management tools such as Jamf, Kandji or JumpCloud, and you are comfortable working with managed devices, policies and day-to-day endpoint operations. - You have experience supporting employee onboarding and off...
