YOUR MISSION As a Talent & People Partner, you’ll join our Talent Acquisition & People team during a key growth phase. Your focus will initially be on end-to-end hiring across both Business and Tech roles, helping us scale teams thoughtfully while keeping the bar high on quality of hire and candidate experience. Working alongside Karo and Melissa, our two other Talent Partners, you’ll take direct ownership of roles and hiring processes, from aligning with hiring managers on the right profiles, to building strong pipelines, to running structured interview processes and guiding teams toward clear, timely decisions. At the same time, this role goes beyond recruiting. We’re looking for someone who is excited to contribute across a broader People scope as well — from HR data and reporting to tooling and process optimisation, as well as people experience topics such as onboarding and onsite planning. As hiring needs evolve over time, this role will gradually take on more ownership across People Operations and analytics-related initiatives. We’re looking for someone who will be hands-on in the day-to-day while also improving how we hire and how we operate as we scale, making sure our processes are efficient, consistent, data-informed, and focused on creating a strong experience for both candidates and employees. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Lead 360° hiring across Business and Tech: Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple seniority levels, from role kick-off and profile definition with hiring managers, through screening and interviews, to offer management and negotiation. - Build and run effective sourcing strategies: Develop and execute sourcing approaches across channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Google to attract and engage talent across Operations, Commercial, Compliance, Product, and Tech. - Manage candidate relationships and process end-to-end: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, engage people with thoughtful outreach, and ensure a clear, respectful, and well-run experience throughout every stage. - Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams: Translate team needs into strong hiring plans, keep stakeholders aligned, and help drive structured, timely decision-making. - Support People Operations and analytics topics: Take ownership of recurring HR reporting and KPI tracking, support initiatives such as performance review reporting, and help prepare monthly or quarterly people data insights. - Improve processes and tooling: Help optimise and automate workflows across tools such as Ashby and Personio, improving efficiency, consistency, and the quality of our people processes. - Contribute to people experience initiatives: Support and gradually take on ownership of topics such as onboarding, events, and onsite planning, helping create a sm...
