Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing data architecture role. Experience in technical discovery, consultative solutioning, and value-based technical selling to map enterprise business goals to data architectures. Experience writing SQL and Python, working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and navigating containerization platforms like Docker or Kubernetes. Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders across complex organizations. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. Experience with graph database platforms (e.g., Neo4j, AWS Neptune, ArangoDB) and data visualization frameworks (e.g., D3.js, Sigma.js, Linkurious, or modern BI tools). Solid understanding of modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI/ML architectures—specifically operationalizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents within enterprise environments. Proven track record of building joint go-to-market (GTM) solutions and driving co-sell initiatives alongside hyperscalers, strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators. Deep industry vertical expertise within highly regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications. About the job As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key driver of Neo4j’s growth across the region by shaping technical solutions that address complex enterprise data challenges. You will serve as the technical authority during the pre-sales lifecycle, moving beyond standard product demonstrations to architect robust, value-driven graph database solutions. You will engage deeply with customers and strategic partners—including hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud—to design interconnected data ecosystems that prove the tangible ROI of the Neo4j portfolio. In this role, you will blend consultative technical prowess, sales acumen, and cloud ecosystem collaboration to accelerate adoption and secure the technical win.
