About the Role As the Program Manager of Technical Enablement, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving technical enablement programs across the Field Engineering organization (Solution Engineering & Professional Services) and for the partner ecosystem. You will partner closely with Graph Academy (which owns the technical curriculum) and subject matter experts to translate technical content into engaging, scalable enablement programs — for both internal field teams and the partner ecosystem. You will also partner with vendors to deliver technical enablement to partners. This role is both strategic and execution-focused. You will own the design and delivery of structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs that build practitioner-level technical competence, not just awareness — across SCs, PS, and technically-focused partner audiences. You will act as a trusted partner to technical leadership, ensuring that enablement programs directly support product evolution, technical strategy, and field execution. Your mission: Drive practitioner-level competence across technical audiences by building structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs. You'll be a program owner, stakeholder wrangler, and execution driver. This is a remote role with a preference to be based in the Eastern Time Zone. Key Responsibilities Technical Curriculum & Program Development Build and own enablement programs (onboarding, hands-on workshops & labs, virtual training, certification tracks, etc.) for internal field engineering teams and technical partner audiences Translate curriculum into program flows, sequencing, prerequisites, assessments, and transitions (e.g., Beginner → Intermediate → Practitioner → Expert) Own the calendar and manage program launches, iterations, and refreshes across both internal and partner tracks Onboarding & Continuous Learning Lead onboarding for field engineering new hires (SCs and PS), ensuring technical hires ramp quickly and confidently in customer-facing scenarios Design and deliver technical onboarding and upskilling programs for partners, focused specifically on technical enablement (e.g., product architecture, hands-on labs, certification readiness) Maintain an "everboarding" / continuous learning roadmap to keep all technical audiences current (product updates, architectural patterns, best practices) Create and curate enablement assets (labs, guides, playbooks) in collaboration with SMEs and Graph Academy Ensure internal and partner technical enablement curricula remain aligned with product and architectural evolution Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Alignment Serve as a trusted partner to field engineering, Graph Academy, band partner-facing teams to understand their challenges, gaps, and enablemen
