We’re a small, high-energy team of 12 professionals based in New York City and Los Angeles with expertise from Blackstone, Citadel, and early-stage fintech startups. We’ve raised $7.5m, have paying customers (homeowners) in dozens of US states and a large network of distributors (insurance agents). We’re growing quickly and winning more customers and distributors every day. Joining Eventual means you’ll be a founding member of our sales and growth team: you’ll scale our distribution network of insurance agents with a full-cycle sales process. We move with urgency, test ideas quickly, and have high attention to detail. Things you might work on immediately - Full-cycle sales process: Generate leads, set meetings, host demos, and onboard insurance agents as distributors of Premium Lock - Build relationships with our existing network of insurance agents to support top-performers and improve performance of under-performers - Test and deploy growth automation tools to improve distribution with limited resources - Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and product positioning - Own CRM hygiene to track, verify, and report performance for founders - We are in-person only and full-time in Los Angeles (Santa Monica) or New York City (Tribeca) You might be a fit if - You have a relentless focus on continuous learning and an ability to question the status quo - You have extremely strong communication skills and confidence presenting complex concepts to industry experts - You’re comfortable with a sales process where you’ll face repeated rejection in a high-pressure, high-growth environment - You’re self-motivated and energized by building something new in a legacy industry like insurance and housing
