If you want to help change that, apply below. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for our first dedicated Revenue Systems leader, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations. As our Director of Revenue Systems, you’ll build, optimize, and scale the systems backbone of our go-to-market motion. You’ll play a critical role in defining how we operate—owning Salesforce, GTM tooling, automation strategy, data architecture, and the systems that power revenue growth. This is a systems-first role. Our ideal candidate is strong across all areas of revenue operations but is a superstar in Salesforce, GTM systems, automation, and AI-powered workflows. We’re a healthcare voice AI company, and we expect our internal operations to be as AI-forward as our product. The right person doesn’t just use AI tools—they build with them. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own, administer, and scale Salesforce as the system of record for the revenue organization - Design and manage the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring tools operate as one connected system - Build AI-powered automations and workflows that eliminate manual work and improve team efficiency - Establish and maintain data integrity across systems, workflows, and reporting - Build the analytical foundation that supports forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning - Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and operational insights - Design and automate processes for commissions, territory management, and account enrichment - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems - Evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies that improve GTM performance WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Systems, or GTM Systems experience in B2B SaaS, AI, healthcare, or health-tech - Deep Salesforce administration experience - Strong individual contributor who leverages AI to automate processes and scale impact - Experience building agentic workflows and production-grade AI automations - Experience building and managing GTM systems and integrations - A clear perspective on what a best-in-class revenue technology stack looks like - Experience supporting early-stage or high-growth go-to-market teams - Strong analytical skills and comfort supporting forecasting and operational planning - Excellent communicator who can translate technical systems into business outcomes - Thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments NICE TO HAVE - Comfortable working with SQL and distributed data sources - Experience with automation and integration platforms (n8n, Workato, Zapier, etc.) - Healthcare or health-tech experience - Salesforce certifications - Previous p
