You'll work alongside our Senior Visual Designer to bring the Iru brand to life across every surface: website, digital ads, events, social, email, PDFs, and more. This is a great role for a designer who is early in their career but already has a strong point of view, a clean modern aesthetic, and the hunger to do their best work inside a fast-moving company. You'll have real ownership over assets that ship, direct access to marketing leadership, and a senior designer to learn from and collaborate with every day. Your role is a mix of executing briefs and contributing ideas, pushing quality, helping build something that looks and feels distinctly Iru. Must be able to work Tuesday through Thursday onsite in our Coral Gables office if role moves to full time.
