ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring our first dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our People team. You’ll start by owning the fundamentals: research, sourcing, coordination, maintaining our systems and keeping the hiring engine running smoothly. But this role has the potential to evolve into something bigger – helping shape how we hire, improving our processes, and taking real ownership of recruiting at Spekit. You’ll work directly with the Head of People and get exposure to everything including hiring strategy, candidate evaluation, and how great teams are actually built inside a high-growth startup. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Support sourcing efforts across all active roles: researching candidates, understanding market trends, building pipelines, and drafting outreach messages on LinkedIn and other platforms - Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across candidates and hiring managers with care and efficiency - Maintain our ATS, ensuring candidate records, stages, and notes are accurate and up to date - Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed and engaged - Assist with job description drafting and posting roles across relevant job boards - Over time, take on increasing ownership of full-cycle recruiting for defined roles WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 1–2 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, HR, operations, or a coordination-heavy role - Exceptional organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles and moving pieces without dropping the ball - Strong written communication; you know how to write an outreach message that gets a response - Comfort working in an ATS and picking up new tools quickly - A collaborative, low-ego approach! You’re energized by supporting others and making the process run smoothly - An interest in leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently and surface better candidates over time - Curiosity about recruiting and a desire to grow your craft over time NICE TO HAVE - Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools WHAT TO EXPECT You’ll partner closely with the Head of People and have direct exposure to hiring decisions, candidate strategy, and the full arc of what it means to build a team.
