About the Role: Netomi is looking for a Finance Operations leader to own the day-to-day machinery that turns contracts into invoices, invoices into cash, and policies into disciplined execution. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, systems, and customer execution. The right candidate is process-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable building structure where structure does not yet exist. They will step into an environment with an existing finance generalist and will be expected to establish clear ownership boundaries, absorb and uplevel that function over time, and build a team that operates with consistency and minimal firefighting. This person should be equally comfortable troubleshooting a billing edge case, tightening an approval workflow, and implementing automation that reduces manual work.
