Regional Manager, Field Sales Italy Location: Central Italy (Rome, Lazio, Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Molise) Working Model: Remote / Field Based Salary Range: €85,000 About the Role At SumUp, we're on a mission to empower small businesses around the world with simple, innovative tools that help them succeed. We're looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Field Sales business across Central Italy. This is not a traditional desk-based leadership role. We're looking for someone who understands field sales firsthand, knows how to build and scale territories, and can develop high-performing sales leaders and teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You will lead a team of Territory Managers across multiple hubs, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth throughout one of SumUp's most strategic regions.
