Come build your future with us. About The Role: The Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple markets and communities. This is a highly hands-on role focused on assisting with campaigns, coordinating deliverables, supporting events, updating marketing materials, and helping with day-to-day marketing operations across digital, print, signage, and sales support efforts. You will work closely with sales, construction, A&D, and external partners to bring campaigns and community launches to life, generate qualified demand, and support day-to-day marketing operations. This is a hybrid role in one of our current markets: Dallas or Houston TX, Tampa or St. Petersburg FL or Los Angeles, CA. What You’ll Do: - Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, events, and social media - Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and marketing requests across multiple business lines - Support community launches, inventory marketing initiatives, and event preparation - Assist with website updates, landing page edits, and marketing content uploads - Coordinate sales collateral requests and marketing deliverables for internal teams - Work with the Graphic Designer to help organize and route creative requests - Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives - Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications - Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional efforts - Assist with reporting, marketing organization, and administrative support as needed - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, construction, and operations teams What You’ll Bring: - Experience: - 4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years of experience in the homebuilding or related real estate industry required - Experience in launching local communities required - Experience with top homebuilders and exposure to central strategy teams is preferred Organization & Execution: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable supporting marketing projects across digital, print, events, and sales initiatives while maintaining strong follow-through and communication. Drive & Adaptability: Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment. Able to adapt to shifting priorities, take initiative when needed, and maintain a positive attitude while supporting a variety of marketing efforts. Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable collaborating across departments and working closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
