Our Vision We believe in a world where everyone, regardless of their country’s wealth or frontiers, enjoys access to medicines and healthcare when they need it. Our Mission We work tirelessly to remove access barriers faced by patients and caregivers across Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) when seeking quality medicines and quality healthcare. Who We Are: Accelerating access to medicines for all Imagine a world where critical medicines are within reach, affordable, and synonymous with quality, no matter where you are. That is the world we're building with our unique, demand-aggregation model that unites healthcare providers across LMICs. At the heart of our identity is a single, resolute commitment: to build a future where geography and income never stand between any individual and life-saving medicines. Our platform isn't merely a space for transactions, we unlock affordable access to medicines by aggregating demand across healthcare providers. We also help manufacturers build a sustainable and reliable global access strategy. Our business focuses on low- and middle-income countries and strengthens the purchasing power of these markets to ensure the supply of cost-effective, high-quality medicines. We partner exclusively with authorized, high-quality pharmaceutical companies and certified caregivers to accelerate sustainable access to medicines. About the Position: Axmed is entering the next phase of expansion and is looking for a commercially-driven operator to help scale strategic institutional growth across global health markets. The Head of Commercial Growth will lead high-value business development efforts focused on NGOs, international organisations, Ministries of Health, donor-funded programmes, and large institutional procurement ecosystems. This is not a traditional sales or account management role. The focus is on developing long-term strategic partnerships, navigating complex procurement environments, identifying institutional buying opportunities, and converting commercial insight into scalable revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of business development, pharmaceutical procurement intelligence, and commercial strategy execution. You will work closely with the CCO and Business Development Directors to identify, shape, and advance multi-stakeholder opportunities across global health procurement ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial instincts, credibility within pharmaceutical or institutional procurement environments, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving growth settings. Success in this role requires someone who can build relationships at senior levels, understand how institutional procurement decisions are made, and translate market intelligence into commercial action. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with direct ownership over strategic growth initiatives and institutional deal development. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development & Institutional Partnerships Originate, develop, and advance complex commercial opportunities across NGOs, INGOs, faith-based organisations, international organisations, governments, donor-funded programmes, and institutional procurement bodies. Build and deepen strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, programme, and funding functions across NGOs, INGOs, faith-based organisations, and institutional health systems. Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement environments with long sales cycles and complex decision-making structures. Partner closely with the CCO and Business Development Directors to strengthen outbound commercial engagement and institutional market penetration. Support the structuring of long-term partnership opportunities, procurement engagements, and marketplace participation models. Represent Axmed credibly in discussions involving pharmaceutical procurement, donor funding structures, tendering processes, and institutional purchasing dynami
