The Role We are looking for an expert in business development, customer relationships, marketing and sales to join our Thermal Testing Team. This is where we develop Thermal Test Solutions for our Data Center customers and their suppliers, who need a high precision test environment for their product calibration and characterization. We have a great engineering team developing and designing Test Emulation platforms (we call it Therminator) and Thermal Test Vehicles (TTVs), but need to extend the relationships towards our growing existing and new customers. Your role is essential for the team success, as you are the face to our customers, being the first point of contact, collecting their requirements of feature enhancement needs, change wishes, complaints or new orders with time line requests and align them closely with the engineering team. One of your main tasks is to work out & provide quotes for our products based on the customer requests, take care during the assessment process, over the PO placement till the delivery of the products. Further on you attract new customers on exhibitions where we present our products in our own booth. In addition you are traveling to existing or new customers to perform product demonstrations to show and convince them of our products, these are mainly located in North America, Europe and Asia. With your success of presenting & selling Thermal Testing products, you contribute directly to the goals and revenue of Corintis. As a Business Development & Sales expert, you will be responsible for filling the potential sales funnel and selling our Thermal Testing products by achieving a high customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the head of the Thermal Testing BU and collaborate closely with the engineering team and the Program Managers & Directors of the cold plate business group. This role plays an important part in Corintis' goal of becoming the leader in cooling solutions for High Performance Computer Data Centers. Key Responsibilities Lead the engagement with external customers by demonstrating and marketing Corintis Thermal Testing products Generate quotes, follow up with customers and receive the Purchase Orders with a high success rate Manage alignments with internal & external customer requests with the engineering team, who develop the products and guide them on the feature requirements to be implemented Collaborate closely with the internal expert team of Program Manager & Directors of our cold plate business, software development group and High Volume Manufacturing Experts, to identify support opportunities the Thermal Testing group can provide and receive. Provide monthly read outs to the leadership team on the external customer engagements, business outlook and selling success rate Travel to exhibitions & conferences to promote & sell our products Key deliverables and areas of ownership: Ownership on the product & marketing slides Calculation and summary of expected revenue outlook and keep the customer funnel up to date Negotiations of sales prices with customers depending on product target margins and the volumes Drives NDA process with new customers where necessary Level of autonomy or decision-making: Own organization
