That means transforming manual, high-touch processes into automated, self-service capabilities that can serve hundreds of customers while maintaining the depth and quality of insights that make us unique. As part of the platform organization, you'll work in a data-driven environment building systems that democratize access to intelligence across our entire customer experience—from in-product Performance Intelligence features to consultative touchpoints with PICs, Customer Value teams, and Labs. You'll collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize cutting-edge models and make them accessible to the teams that drive customer value. You'll also play a key role in centralizing and standardizing how we collect, transform, store, and serve data—building the reliable reporting foundation that both internal teams and customers depend on.
