AI Video Creative Director

Superside is looking for a Creative Director, AI Video with a strong background in filmmaking, cinematography, post-production, and AI-driven creative workflows to help shape the future of video production. In this role, you’ll lead the development of high-impact AI-assisted video content for global brands, combining storytelling, visual craft, creative leadership, and emerging technologies to push creative quality and innovation forward. You’ll operate as both a hands-on creative and a strategic leader, guiding teams, mentoring creatives, collaborating directly with customers, and helping define how Generative AI integrates into modern video production pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands cinematic storytelling and video craft, while also being highly curious, experimental, and excited about the evolving AI creative ecosystem.
