About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager/Tech Lead to lead an engineering team and bridge technical operations with regulatory stakeholders. In this role, you’ll drive architectural excellence, and operational maturity while building trusted external relationships in a complex regulatory environment. You’ll stay hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and technical problem-solving, balancing technical leadership with people management and stakeholder engagement.
