Client and Operations Support Specialist

Civitech is a remote-first company hiring within our current footprint of 27 states (AL, AK, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY); Civitech does have an office in Austin, TX. The Client and Operations Support Specialist will support our mail program by ensuring seamless communication with clients, compiling and sharing critical information, and assisting with operational tasks to help drive Civitech’s mission forward. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of client engagement and operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to our mission of increasing civic participation and supporting progressive causes.
