They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for an Associate whose responsibilities will include: Merchandising : Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed Customer Service : With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory : Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication : Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty.
