The Role: Chicago, IL Crafty’s Site Merchandisers are the wheels that kept our pantry offering running. They are the human element and the friendly face that own the merchandising execution of multiple client-site experiences on a daily basis; supporting each site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a Site Merchandiser whose responsibilities will include: Multi-Site Merchandising : Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed Customer Service : With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory : Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication : Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a part-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports several of our Chicago clients Monday through Thursday with the below shifts: Monday : 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Tuesday : 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Wednesday : 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Thursday : 6 AM - 12:45 PM Required Attributes: Operationally Sound : Ensures that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, adhering to best practices and standards.
