The Role: Crafty’s Senior Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program while supporting their client site. They deliver the highest quality client experience, centered around hospitality and operational excellence. This role goes beyond completing tasks: Seniors own the outcomes of the site and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client relationship. They lead day-to-day execution while managing the “complexity of the location” (high-touch clients and/or complex accounts), and are accountable for the written narrative shared with clients (recaps, budgets, and performance updates). Crafty is looking for a Senior Associate whose responsibilities will include: Strategic Site Ownership : Own the outcomes of the site, not just the task list—audit, improve, and proactively problem-solve to improve efficiency and experience Client Engagement + Budget Partnership : Serve as the on-site point of contact for product swaps, service chains, and budget discussions; align service to the client’s goals while maintaining program standards Merchandising + Inventory Management : Maintain client office kitchens & pantries, storage rooms, and inventory health; execute ordering and order edits as needed to sustain service quality Equipment Maintenance + Quality Control : Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), complete QC checks, and escalate issues with clarity and urgency Communication (Internal + External) : Provide clear updates to Crafty partners and own client-facing written recaps and budget communications, ensuring a consistent, professional narrative This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports one of our San Francisco clients Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm by meeting the skill based qualifications below: Required Attributes: Client Obsessed: Demonstrates a deep commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs and preferences, consistently showing eagerness and patience in all client interactions.
