The Role Fairfield, NJ Crafty is seeking a resilient, detail-oriented Lead Fulfillment Associate who brings reliable execution, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication to our fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will help deliver the highest quality food and beverage experience for our clients by supporting inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment workflows with accuracy and efficiency. You will also serve as an informal leader on the floor by collaborating with peers, mentoring and training team members, and helping the team stay accountable to operational standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Fairfield, New Jersey Fulfillment Center. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with the following shifts: Sunday : 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Thursday : 2 PM - 10:30 PM Required Attributes Resilient — Quickly adapts to change, anticipates and addresses challenges with strong problem-solving skills, and maintains a positive attitude to ensure ongoing success. Detail-Oriented — Maintains a high level of accuracy in all fulfillment tasks, from product processing and inventory counts to labeling and order verification, ensuring quality is never sacrificed for speed. Reliable — Demonstrates consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through on assigned tasks, contributing to a dependable team environment where operational targets are met shift over shift. Informal Leadership — Provides clear direction, answers questions, and guides peers on assignments without formal authority, fostering accountability and a high-performing team environment. Mentorship & Training — Demonstrated ability to train and onboard new team members, share best practices, and support peer development in a field environment — including ride-alongs, process walkthroughs, and hands-on coaching.
