Compliance Analyst

The Task At Hand: We're building the compliance infrastructure behind some of the most exciting brands in the beverage and wellness space - and we need someone who can own the work. This role reports directly to the Compliance Manager, and supports regulatory and certification operations across three distinct product lines - Supplements (Willie's Non-THC), Willie's Remedy + (THC), and JuneShine. You'll be the execution engine behind label reviews, state brand registrations, tax reporting requirements and third-party certification maintenance across a portfolio that spans FDA, TTB, and state-level regulatory bodies. This role is built for the detail-obsessed operator who wants to own a compliance function - not just support one.
