Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing , we are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement campaigns across paid media channels. This role will also focus on improving omni-channel performance through cross-collaboration with other marketing teams. Responsibilities : Manage , traffic and implement campaigns across digital advertising channels, including but not limited to Meta , TikTok , Google, Bing and Snapchat Collaborate with Creative, International, Brand and Retail teams to execute seasonal campaigns and product launches on digital advertising channels Serve as primary digital marketing owner for all product launches, working cross-functionally with agency, product, PMO and creative teams Direct agency partner on day-to-day executional needs and inspire strategic and operational excellence (flighting, landing page strategy, channel mix, c reative assets, UTM tagging, etc.) Partner with department leadership and agency to improve paid media performance through regimented learning agenda (running betas, audience/creative/landing page test planning and execution, platform optimizations) Oversee both strategy and execution for our Project Cyclone and Sapphire creative workstreams, working with the creative teams to request, strategize and provide feedback on ad concepts that will be used across the entire marketing department Track and communicate product updates (including in-stock and out-of-stock) with the broader marketing team , aligning media with organization’s product priorities Manage the TikTok Shop program to grow GMV month-over-month by working closely with organic, Amazon, and affiliate team membe
