This role exists to unlock the full potential of that team — transforming it into a high-performing inbound sales function that drives customer stickiness, deepens product adoption, and grows the revenue contribution of our existing customer base. This is a strategy and infrastructure role. The team already has leaders who own coaching and day-to-day performance management. Your job is to build the framework around them: the sales model, the operating rhythm, the measurement infrastructure, and the playbook that turns an operations team into a growth engine. You will be responsible for designing and owning the inside sales strategy — defining how we identify opportunities within our existing customer base, how we track and improve conversion, and how we use technology (including AI) to create scale and consistency across the function. You will set the vision, drive outcomes, and be accountable for revenue performance. Success here requires close cross-functional partnership. You will work alongside CX Operations, Lifecycle, Marketing, and Product to ensure the inside sales motion is data-driven, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the broader customer experience. What You'll Do - Build the Inside Sales Infrastructure: Design the operating model, playbooks, KPIs, compensation philosophy, and technology stack that enable a product-expert team to consistently perform as a sales function — without disrupting existing operational excellence. - Own the Revenue Strategy: Define and drive the inside sales strategy, with accountability for outcomes tied to revenue growth, multi-product adoption, active customer growth, referrals, and credit progression. - Lead Through Influence: Work closely with existing team leaders who manage the day-to-day coaching and performance of product experts — providing the strategic direction, tools, and frameworks they need to execute effectively. - Drive Multi-Product Growth: Develop the approach for identifying and converting cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Neo's existing customer base — turning single-product relationships into comprehensive, multi-product ones. - Transform Through Technology: Identify and implement technology solutions — including AI-assisted tools — that improve conversion rates, increase the efficiency of sales conversations, and create scalable, repeatable outcomes. - Execute Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Lifecycle, Marketing, and CX Operations to ensure the inside sales motion integrates seamlessly with the broader customer journey — targeting the right customers at the right moments. - Measure and Optimize: Build and own the performance measurement framework — tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates, revenue per interaction, and customer growth — and use data to continuously improve the model. - Deliver Upstream Insights: Provide consistent feedback to
