About the team In this role, you’d be joining the Maintenance team. The team’s mission is or this team is integral for the comprehensive upkeep, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement of all facility and operational systems across our warehouses What you’ll do To further this important mission, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager. This role leads a team of facilities coordinators and maintenance technicians, and coordinates with outside service providers to ensure that building infrastructure, warehouse equipment, garment care systems, and automation equipment operate at peak performance. They have hands-on technical expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines, a strong foundation in lean manufacturing principles, and a demonstrated commitment to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and data-driven reliability improvement.
