ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Product Manager, Spend Management to join our growing Product team and help execute against Float’s roadmap within Spend Management and adjacent product areas. This role is built for a high-growth, execution-focused Product Manager who thrives in startup environments and wants to sharpen their craft. You’ll operate within a defined strategy, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, low-friction workflows that measurably improve key product and business metrics. You’ll take ownership of meaningful product surface areas, drive disciplined execution, strengthen analytical clarity, and raise the quality bar within your domain. You’re responsible for defining how these features should look, feel, function to drive towards the metrics you’re accountable for.
