They are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing professional to lead demand generation, optimize acquisition channels, and improve marketing performance through data, automation, and experimentation. ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional to drive multi-channel growth strategies, optimize customer acquisition efforts, and improve marketing efficiency through automation and AI-powered workflows. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, analytical skills, and experience managing performance marketing initiatives across paid, organic, email, SEO, and conversion channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, email, content, social, and conversion channels. - Own demand generation initiatives focused on qualified leads, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution. - Manage and optimize email marketing programs using Mailchimp, including campaigns, automations, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and reporting. - Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. - Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, backlink growth, keyword expansion, and AI-search visibility. - Build landing pages, funnels, nurture sequences, and CRO experiments to maximize conversion rates. - Use AI tools and agents to improve productivity across content creation, research, campaign optimization, reporting, personalization, and workflow automation. - Build automated reporting dashboards and performance scorecards with clear ROI metrics. - Continuously test creatives, messaging, audiences, channels, and funnels through structured experimentation. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. - Present insights, forecasts, opportunities, and growth recommendations to leadership stakeholders. - Manage marketing workflows and campaign execution using ClickUp (nice to have). - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, platform changes, and emerging AI capabilities. - Improve marketing operations by implementing scalable systems and reducing manual processes. KEY QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing. - Expert-level experience with Mailchimp. - Strong experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and paid acquisition channels. - Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content marketing. - Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page performance. - Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Power BI, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools. - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar. - Proven ability to use AI agents, prompts, automations, and workflows to improve marketing efficiency and output. - Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot workflows, or similar. - Strong copywriting and campaign messaging skills across email, ads, landing pages, and nurture flows. - Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management. - Ability to measure attribution, CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and marketi
