Motion Graphics Designer | Marketing

We're looking for a passionate and creative Motion Designers for Marketing Team who will be producing engaging marketing creatives for our chart-topping games. You will be responsible for creating high quality marketing visuals for Bigger’s mobile marketing campaigns. As a part of our Marketing team, you will be working closely with marketing managers to reach and engage with millions of players all around the world. ABOUT THIS ROLE: - Produce animated motion graphics and video layouts using After Effects - Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize creatives based on performance data - Stay updated on gaming, advertising, and visual design trends to keep our campaigns fresh and effective - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts that drive user acquisition YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF: - 2+ years of experience in visual arts and creating motion graphics - Strong knowledge of visual editing tools, like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator to be able to deliver quality assets - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Arts or relevant fields is a plus - Solid understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and digital marketing visuals - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Passion for games and player psychology - Great understanding of composition, color theory, and graphic/visual/stylistic trends in games - Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail - A perfect team player with excellent communication skills - Good knowledge of 3D is a plus - Previous experience in a gaming company is a big plus BONUS POINT IF: - You’ve played Kitchen Masters and explored the game.
