By partnering with Legal, Operations, and Sales, we address complex financial challenges for new projects and identify the profitability levers that enable us to scale sustainably. The Role As a Financial Planning & Strategy Associate , you will play a key role within the Finance Department, working closely with the FP&A Manager on strategic financial analysis and advising the CEO/Founders & Investors. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity in getting things done, and making decisions based on facts and data in the financial planning and analysis area of a global high-growth business. What You’ll Do The key responsibilities are as follows: Understand the historical financials and KPIs, extracting insights from the analysis Develop and maintain complex & integrated financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential risks and opportunities Carry out different financial analyses across the group operations to obtain conclusions on performance and provide solutions for internal improvement Define, track, and update key reportings such as group monthly management accounts, per market performance, and other financial KPIs Obtain a relevant level of knowledge across all business areas by understanding processes, challenges and opportunities, advising in growth initiatives and structures Challenge current FP&A processes to provide solutions to improve it since day 1 to have an agile and efficient function Who You Are To be successful in this role, you have: +2 years experience in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or similar roles Background in finance, economics or engineering is preferred Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Deep knowledge of business's financial and accounting dynamics (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow interactions) Fluent in both written and spoken English Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Be an excellent team player eager to work hard with a proactive approach, constantly coordinating with other stakeholders Why You’ll Love It Here Attractive compensation package Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences Work in a location in the heart of Madrid Home office friendly Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth Great
